Our mission is to make investing in what works the “new normal,” so that, one day, all government leaders use rigorous evidence and quality data to inform important policy and funding decisions.Team OverviewResults for America’s Finance & Operations Team manages all of the organization’s financial resources, including developing and monitoring the organization’s annual budgets and financial reports.Position OverviewThe Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts, will manage RFA’s grants portfolio, oversee the development and tracking of contracts, execute compliance activities, and assist with finance and operations management functions.Position ResponsibilitiesGrants Management (60%)Partner with the Director and VP of Finance & Operations to administer RFA’s grants portfolio;Manage the development of new grant proposals and budgets;Monitor grant spending and prepare internal quarterly grant reports;Lead financial grant reporting to fulfill requirements;Manage the schedule for processing grants and ensure compliance with donor audits.Contract Management (15%)Manage the development and tracking of RFA’s contracts with consultants;Ensure compliance with contractual terms;Develop a calendar for contract start/end dates and renewals.Organizational Compliance (15%)Lead the management of compliance requirements;Update and manage the compliance tracker;Support annual audits and legal filings.Budget and Team Support (10%)Support the organization-wide budget process;Create budget templates and analyze budget reports;Provide training on grants management and budgeting.Experience, Competencies, and Qualifications8 - 10 years of relevant work experience and a college degree;Experience managing grants with national philanthropies;Strong project management and organizational skills;Effective communication skills.Salary and BenefitsResults for America offers a competitive salary range of $92,906 - $111,034 and a comprehensive benefits package.How to ApplyTo apply for this position, please complete and submit all information in the application below.
