We are committed to delivering top-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of residential remodeling projects. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will manage a team of Project Managers and Field Crew as well as work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, internal and subcontractor estimates, and resource allocation.Coordinate and manage all aspects of the remodeling projects, including design, procurement, construction, and inspections.Ensure project objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers and other team members.Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and monitoring expenses.Identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.Review and approve contractor invoices, change orders, and other project-related financial documentation.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the project lifecycleConduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.Oversee the quality of work performed by subcontractors and ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices.Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Conduct inspections and quality assessments at various stages of the project.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Manage and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise.Implement contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in residential remodeling or construction project management.Proven track record of managing and delivering successful remodeling projects.Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project or similar).Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Compensation:$90,000 - $100,000 based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, IRA Match plans, and paid time off.Opportunity to lead and influence high-profile architectural projects.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A dynamic, collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.
