Are you a seasoned project manager with a proven track record of successfully managing luxury residential construction projects? Hachman Construction, known for its commitment to excellence, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee our high-end residential remodels. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale, bespoke home projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage high-end residential remodeling projects, ensuring all phases from design through completion are executed with precision.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to refine project scopes and ensure expectations are aligned.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring materials and labor are aligned with project specifications and deadlines.
Provide consistent updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes in scope with transparency and professionalism.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
A strong network of subcontractors and suppliers within the high-end residential sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with project management software such as BuilderTrend or Excel.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.
