We seek a full-time Site Leader to lead our team at our Beverly, MA, location.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC, with a clear & active license in Massachusetts.Minimum of two years of clinical experienceExperience with health psychology.Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentationsExperience working with children or adolescentsExperience working with couples or family counselingSelf-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.Advantages:Customizable caseload. Work with the clients that you are most comfortable with.Opportunity for twice monthly consult groupClinician-led leadership team.Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in.
