This full-time position can split their time with our partnering pediatric office and our outpatient office in Andover, MA.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $119,000 to $173,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations.Experience working with children or adolescents.Experience with health psychology or have experience in medical settings.Experience with eating disorders.Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.Advantages:Customizable caseload. Work with the clients that you are most comfortable with.Opportunity for twice monthly consult group.Clinician-led leadership team.Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in.
