CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.Independent Living SpecialistJob SummaryThe F/ACT Independent Living Specialists work with SMI clients in their homes or in the field to develop independent living skills. Independent living skills include, but are not limited to, food shopping, learning bus routes, cleaning home, proper hygiene, maintaining relationships with supportive family, and developing community-based supports. This position is expected to be in the field at least 80% of the time working with clients assisting them in developing skills that will assist in sustaining ongoing recovery. This position will also provide after-hour and on-call supports.Education and Experience RequirementsHigh school Diploma or GED required.
