Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of critical functions sought at ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. From spearheading program implementation, managing profit and loss, to nurturing client relationships, your role is pivotal in driving the success of our regional operations. Additionally, you will provide operational support to unit managers, lead account retention strategies, manage receivables, and support new account sales. Your duties also extend to personnel management, including hiring, training, development, succession planning, and mentoring of team. This position requires regional travel to effectively engage with accounts.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee and optimize programs in Facilities Services Management, Financial Management, Human Resources, Sales, Contract Administration, and Client Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellence across all operational domains.Strategically plan and coordinate the implementation of programs and operational activities within regional accounts, driving efficiency and efficacy.Conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of existing programs at each unit, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.Meet with Regional Vice President to provide detailed monthly progress reports on the region's performance enabling informed decision-making and strategic alignment.Actively engage in surveys and sales efforts to secure new business opportunities, participating in pricing strategies.
