Our commitment is to provide the most comprehensive and reliable analytics platform accessible and trusted by all.About the TeamThe Revenue Operations team at Mixpanel partners with the Commercial Leadership to help set and execute global and regional revenue strategies. We build and execute core operational processes such as business planning and reporting, facilitate key decision making, and support ongoing business operations management - whatever is needed to make our GTM teams successful!About the RoleAs a Manager of Revenue Operations, you will own key annual planning processes globally including forecasting, headcount and quota planning, weekly business review reporting and analyses for rep productivity. Your job will include in-depth quantitative analysis of operating metrics globally to inform new strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCentral owner for forecasting, headcount planning, quota planning for all of Mixpanel GTM globallyPrimary advisor to GTM sales leadership on end-to-end Go-To-Market operationsDrive quarterly and annual planning cycles including goaling, coverage model revisions, territory design, and cascading our financial planManage revenue operations managers working on different parts of the pipeline.Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviewsPerform strategic product, market, and customer and competitive analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvementDefine, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments, geographies, and go-to-market teamsCollaborate with sales, finance, enablement, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenueEnsure successful implementation and execution of key strategy initiatives in a cross-functional project management role, being accountable for final resultsWe're Looking for Someone Who Has6+ years of total work experience in an analytical role (Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting)1-2+ years team management experienceExpert proficiency in financial modeling, SQL and analyzing complex and large data setsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsStrong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlinesTrack-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growthFluency with core Go-To-Market operations, forecasting and metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, Conversion Ratios, and other Efficiency metricsUnderstanding of both enterprise sales motions and product-led sales motionsExperience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy in a high-growth, fast paced environment, preferably at a SaaS or B2B organizationHighly motivated, innate intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to drive impactDemonstrable passion for the data analytics industryComfortable working with ambiguityBonus Points forExperience at a top tier Management or Strategy Consulting firm or at an Investment BankWorking knowledge of SFDC including Reporting and Record Management from lead creation through opportunity closureDirect or indirect management experience of Sales Operations teamsDirect or indirect management experience with global sales leaders in worldwide regionsBenefits and PerksComprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental CareMental Wellness BenefitGenerous Vacation Policy & Additional Company HolidaysEnhanced Parental LeaveVolunteer Time OffAdditional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break*please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary*Culture ValuesBe Open: When knowledge becomes open, we can come together as a team to collaborate around a shared purposeCustomer Focus: Our customers’ success is our successLead Change: Everyone at Mixpanel has the capacity to make an impact on the businessResults Oriented: Driving results in a measurable way ensures we stay focused on the highest impact initiativesOne Team: We can’t win without each other
