This is an exciting opportunity to help build the Brand Advocacy Team in conjunction with the Senior Vice President of Commercial. The Brand Advocacy Supervisor will assist with developing, leading, and managing the training and development program for the Brand Advocacy team, including a robust and engaging onboarding program. This role will ensure the high standards, objectives, and KPIs are being met.This Brand Advocacy Supervisor will support in building brands, maximizing distribution, and serve as the main point of contact for both off-premise and on-premise accounts in San Diego, CA. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Commercial and is based out of our Downtown San Diego, CA office.THE DAY-TO-DAYSales and Brand Advocacy:Frontline Selling: Actively sell Infinium Spirits' brands to on-premise and off-premise accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Brand Promotion: Promote our brands through tastings, events, and other promotional activities.Program Implementation: Lead the planning and implementation programs to deliver distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional objectives.Brand Representation: Be the face of Infinium Spirits at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant gatherings.Education and Training:Team Development: Support in creating the development plans for the brand advocacy team.Onboarding: Support in creating an onboarding program to ensure.Training: Conduct training sessions on various sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective communication skills.Consumer Education: Conduct tastings and educational sessions for consumers to increase brand awareness and loyalty.Brand Building: Utilize consumer and category trends to educate customers, solve problems, and maximize sales.Resource Development: Create and distribute educational materials such as brand books, sales sheets, and training guides.Relationship Management:Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise and off-premise accounts to increase the market share of our brands. Implement solutions to grow existing accounts.Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.Communication: Serve as the communication lead between key customers, distributors, and our internal teams.Networking: Develop and leverage relationships within the industry to enhance brand visibility and sales opportunities.KPI and Target Achievement:Performance Metrics: Achieve sales and performance targets set by the company.Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.KPI: Set KPI’s and measurement standards.Leadership:Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.Provide training, development, performance management, and leadership to direct reports against goals and execution plans.*This
