ABOUT THE JOB

Infinium Spirits, Inc. is a fast-paced environment with a high-performing & passionate team of sales and marketing professionals. We are looking for a Sr. Brand Manager to develop, implement and lead the commercial strategies, plans, and processes, across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive demand. The Sr. Brand Manager will lead and oversee day-to-day management for our Tequila Brands.

The ideal candidate possesses a visionary leadership mindset, capable of seeing the big picture and crafting long-term strategies to drive brand growth. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans that align with overall business objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Create on and off-premise strategies tailored to various channels.

Establish clear brand positioning and communication strategy.

Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and tools to drive brand growth in all channels.

Manage the brand P&L, ensuring all lines are optimized for profitability.

Collaborate with sales team to set pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.

Monitor and report on brand performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve financial targets.

Work closely with product development, supply chain, and operations to ensure the brand’s product offerings meet market demands.

Liaise with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments.

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences.

Utilize insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Establish KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives.

Regularly review and analyze brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Prepare and present detailed reports on brand performance to senior management.

10-15% travel is required

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Required

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Preferred

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Experience:

Required

Minimum 7-10 years of brand management experience, preferably within the alcoholic beverage industry

Must be bilingual in Spanish - ability to speak, read, write

Preferred

Experience working on a premium or craft brand

Skills/Traits:

Experience and track record of analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs, evaluating strategies, and identifying new opportunities for the brand.

Familiarity with the marketing mix and strategies to enhance brand performance and taking complete ownership.

Strong leadership qualities with a track record of driving team performance and development

Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions

Demonstrated influencing skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proven ability to generate novel and compelling ideas.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Creative thinker with a passion for building and growing brands

Proficiency in nurturing positive relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies and sales partners, to advance the brand's objectives.

Strong Project Management skills and can juggle multiple projects.

Ability to think independently and strategically, developing and completing a series of goals and tactics with minimal supervision.

REQUIRED:

Bilingual - ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish proficiently.

Physical requirements:

Walk, stand, climb, balance, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on a daily basis

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, as well as sit for long periods of time

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $145,000 - $176,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
