Summary:The team manages all employee data that goes in and out of Workday, including mass loads and EIBs. They will be using a case management system to troubleshoot escalated case work, investigating what went wrong and where it went wrong.Daily responsibilities:Complete complex data loads.Participate in testing and implementing system upgrades and rollout of new features.Act as technical point of contact and subject matter expert to ensure data integrity and global standardization of key processes and transactions, analyzing data flows and Workday business processes.Liaise with Employee Success centers of expertise to improve and implement new programs and processes.Gather requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts, documenting business process definitions and requirements to engage and prioritize work on the HRIS Roadmap.Manage and resolve Tier 2 case escalations within SLA, providing high-quality and accurate solutions.Conduct data audits and related problem resolution.Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Participate in related projects such as Mergers and Acquisitions, system-related projects, and other project rollouts.Partner with Employee Success teams to provide operationally efficient solutions utilizing technology.Research and resolve issues across HR applications.Top three required technical skills:Experience with EIBs and Workday – must know ins and outs.Ability to perform mass loads of all types (30 or more rows of data, up to 15,000).Excel skills (clean-up, auditing, validation, and data manipulation) with the ability to communicate with stakeholders.Three skills that are nice to have:Well organized with keen attention to detail and demonstrated effective follow-up skills.Resourceful with the ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure.Great with solutioning and reading into data.Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits, and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
