Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director BCBA to lead our team in a full-time in-clinic role. In this position, you will oversee the clinical operations at our facility, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to best practices. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans, as well as providing leadership, supervision, and training to Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff. Your role will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and engaging with families to deliver exceptional ABA therapy.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure effective delivery of ABA therapy.

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.

Conduct assessments and data analysis to monitor client progress.

Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Proven experience in a leadership role within ABA therapy settings.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing ABA programs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.

License/Certification:

BCBA (Required)

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for state of Arizona
