The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of our ABA center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the implementation of effective treatment plans. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the ABA center, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients, based on evidence-based practices in ABA.Supervise and provide ongoing support and training to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other necessary records.Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and autism treatment, incorporating new research and techniques into the program.Ensure a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to promote the center's services and build relationships with referral sources.Qualifications:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong clinical skills in ABA, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a center-based ABA program.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data collection software.Additional certifications or training in related areas (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention).Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities and support for continuing education.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
