At BridgePoint AI, we know the construction industry is extremely complex. Many softwares have been created to simplify things, but construction companies often resist these technologies. This is because the tech is too foreign to how things tend to work in construction (lots of person to person communication over phone and email).
To address this, we are using AI to create language-based tools that operate using the same channels people in this industry are already using (text and email primarily).
We raised money from investors in June of 2024 and are focused on scaling the business.
Role Overview
We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be smart, hardworking, and willing to grow with the company. They should be capable of cold outreach and closing, but also capable of making higher-level sales strategy decisions and managing a small sales team.
