For more information, visit www.rakuten.com.Rakuten Rewards is looking for an experienced Account Manager to partner with our team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional client service and support to our merchant partners. The Account Manager will deliver on sales growth for a subset of accounts according to quarterly targets.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Small Business Account Executives to create and implement strategic solutions to drive success and results to meet our merchant partners' key performance indicators.Experience supporting the retention and expansion of $15M+ annual portfolio revenue.Work cross-functionally with site operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure commission offers and cash back are implemented correctly, asset requirements are communicated, and campaigns are executed in accordance with insertion orders (IOs).Ability to understand client goals and information and track proposed solutions and progress against them; adept at pulling existing reports and organizing, interpreting, and presenting results.Analyze and understand merchant performance and deal structures; forecast results, create campaign proposals, track and present results.Run reports and provide analytics on past and future campaigns and distribute to sales team (ad hoc by request and weekly reports per network as needed).Generate reporting in preparation for conferences and client meetings throughout the year.Build and manage relationships with merchants, affiliate networks, and agency partners.Drive adoption in assigned accounts, identify new approaches for account support to ensure client satisfaction.Respond to inbound inquiries from merchants and educate new advertisers about our program and media offerings.Work and communicate effectively with broadly distributed team members across multiple time zones.Proficient in SFDC pipeline management; advanced in reporting and tracking in support of incremental revenue.Check inventory availability, run inventory reports, update account records and details in Salesforce.Ensure insertion orders for campaigns are completed and signed, take screenshots of placements for reporting as required.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.USD $62,856.00 - $107,136.00 annually
