Currently, we have two legal associate positions open.The ideal candidates will possess strong written and oral communication skills and have a minimum of three to five years of litigation experience. Most importantly, they should thrive in a supportive and collaborative work environment and be capable of advising our clients as well as junior attorneys.This is a full-time position with a salary and bonus range of $95,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) retirement planPaid time off (10 paid holidays per year after 90 days of employment)Quarterly bonus/incentivesPaid quarterly professional development programsSignificant hybrid/remote work program and schedule with state-of-the-art firm technology and telecommunications equipment along with administrative supportOpen and flexible (unlimited) paid time off along with ten paid holidays per year after 90 days of full employmentFull health, dental, and vision benefits after ninety days of full-time employmentMonthly health/fitness club stipendsIf you are a highly skilled litigation attorney with a focus on real estate, we encourage you to apply for this great opportunity.Responsibilities:Independently manage an active caseload following the "ROWE" philosophyRegularly communicate in writing and verbally with clients, witnesses, and opposing counselTake and defend depositions, including parties and expertsPrepare and argue motions for summary judgment and other dispositive and procedural motions in both state and federal courtsSupervise junior attorneys and legal support staffProvide timely monthly status reports to law firm partners and clientsAddress Client Management concernsConduct weekly video legal training for a legal support teamPlay an active role in developing processes and proceduresQualifications:Previous experience in handling real estate transactions and litigation is preferred for this positionThe ideal candidate should have experience in dealing with real estate issues and some areas of law that intersect with real estate law, for example, probate, bankruptcy, and business lawStrong management skills are necessary as the candidate will be interacting daily with a legal support team and/or junior attorneysProficiency in online legal research programs, word processing, and case management software is a mustExcellent research and writing skills are crucial for this roleStrong communication and listening skills are essentialThe candidate should possess strong organizational abilitiesCompensation:
