bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal

with at least 5 years of experience in litigation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for trials and hearings.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various labor and employment law issues.Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and responses.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and creating trial binders.Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a paralegal in litigation, with a focus on labor and employment law.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.Salary Range:

$41,000 - $104,000Reference:
