We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in civil litigation to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting attorneys in complex litigation cases, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Manage and organize case files, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in litigation.Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other relevant agencies.Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support litigation cases.Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and coordinating logistics.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on civil litigation or personal injury.Highly preferred - Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures.Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.Proficient in using legal research tools and software.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:
