Looking for a talented senior litigation paralegal who has experience managing and handling PLAINTIFF contingency cases. Personal injury, strong litigation, and trial preparation experience required.
Must be a self-starter and be able to handle all aspects of a case from filing through trial. This talented paralegal will report directly to one of the trial partners.
Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills.
We are looking for a well-rounded self-starter who is looking for a home to grow in a high-stakes environment with other high achievers.
This position is on-site at our Newport Beach Office.
Duties include:
Maintaining litigation files using cloud-based legal softwareAssisting with depositions, witness preparation, and researchPrepare and handle all exhibits
Skills:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal is requiredHighly organized with meticulous attention to detailAbility to consistently meet performance goals and objectivesExcellent customer service, written and verbal communication skillsExperience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless officeMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.Bilingual (Spanish) preferredBachelor's degree required

Pay Range; $60-$90K salary, contingent upon direct experience
