We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
This position is on-site at our Newport Beach Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Use of software and digital tools for file setup and opening casesPreparing claims and sending letters of representationCollecting records and coordinating medical treatmentCommunicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneysMaintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned casesProvide general support to handling attorney
Qualifications:
A solid work ethic and positive attitudeHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressure while maintaining a good sense of humor1+ years experience in Personal injury case management or litigationExcellent customer service, written and verbal communication skillsBilingual (Spanish) preferred
