What You'll Do: Oversee Content Production: Manage all stages from pre-production planning to post-production review, ensuring content meets client goals. Project Management: Lead multiple projects, coordinating resources and timelines to deliver top-tier content. Creative Direction & Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to shape content strategy, episode formats, and creative direction. Team Coordination: Work with internal teams and freelancers (Lancers) to ensure smooth execution and deliver exceptional results. Client Communication & Reporting: Update clients on project progress, provide insights on performance, and present data to demonstrate business impact. Performance Optimization: Use audience data and performance metrics to refine content and processes for continuous improvement. Why Work at Sweet Fish?
