Lead all the operational work for all our productions for GalateaTV - overseeing all aspects of the production process ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget and aligned with the teams expectationsWork closely with external production partners and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet GTV standardsNegotiate deals with external production companiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and apply them to enhance production processes and workflowsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on production progress, challenges, and solutionsWhat You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience managing the pre-production planning to post-productionAble to manage a high volume flow of assets and information between internal and external teamsExceptional organizational abilities in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, with a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth production workflowsA forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive and strategic solutions to keep projects on trackA creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressureA commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, and collaboration, in alignment with our company valuesWhat You'll Offer:
