We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Executive Assistant to support SVP and VP marketing executives who demonstrate the ability to provide top notch operational, strategic and administrative support. As a proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, you will excel under pressure, adapt quickly, and serve as a resourceful and efficient business partner. Your strong judgment, impeccable organizational skills, and attention to detail will enable you to manage competing priorities effectively, while your superior written and verbal communication skills will facilitate seamless operations.Candidates must be located in Pacific Time Zone.What You'll Do:

Manage complex calendars across global time zones, including coordinating domestic and international travel and preparing agendas.Lead special projects and collaborate on issues requiring finesse, flexibility and patience.Actively anticipate executive needs, while proactively bringing in appropriate stakeholders and resources to make decisions in support of the executive.Complete critical deliverables and special assignments by setting objectives, aligning priorities, gaining cooperation, monitoring progress and problem-solving.Attend meetings, communicate agendas, track action items, and hold stakeholders accountable.Ensure executive priorities are communicated to the appropriate EA supporting key cross-functional partners.Manage external contacts and quickly identify primary stakeholders - understanding who they are and their importance to the business.Assist in coordinating agenda and presentation materials for senior management team meetings, multi-day off-sites, and all-hands meetings.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all settings, and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment, discretion and confidentiality.Address tough issues by identifying problems, building consensus, and working towards resolutions.Maintain a high level of personal accountability and encourage the same standard among team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles. Ensure all commitments are met on time and to the highest quality by consistently following up on assigned tasks and providing support where needed.Act as a gateway to enhance communication and information sharing across teams.What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.3-5+ years supporting SVP and VP executives across multiple time zones.A diverse support background that goes beyond administrative experience.Self-starter who manages projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance.Team player who consistently goes above and beyond and is willing to assist whenever needed.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel with a high aptitude for learning new software and systems.Superior verbal and written communication skills with frequent experience engaging with executive-level staff.A passion for supporting high-performance teams with an understanding that every second counts!Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
