Services bancaires personnels et commerciauxJob Description:The Sr. Relationship Manager serves the needs of the community commercial banking business, customizing a broad range of products and services to meet the financial needs of TD's customers. The job acquires, develops and manages commercial banking relationships by providing customized solutions across different commercial segments.Depth & Scope:Recognized as top level expert within the company in a customer segment or product/service line.Develops new business with prospects that have the largest and most complex credit needs in assigned portfolio segment.Defines new approaches to sell and deliver solutions.Anticipates emerging customer trends.Oversees the management and activities of large accounts and related servicing teams.Manages the most strategic relationships characterized by significantly complex products and services.Solves unique problems with broad impact on the business segment.Develops and implements new and innovative approaches to the sales process.Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades customers.Provides leadership guidance and collaborates with business to ensure solutions meet needs.Identifies and leads problem resolution for complex requirements.Education & Experience:Undergraduate degree.10+ years relevant experience.In-depth understanding of commercial industry, business development techniques and credit decisions.Proven business development track record.Extensive network of outside referral sources.Excellent credit and financial analysis skills.Effective negotiation skills.Customer Accountabilities:Responsible for growth goals through development of new business and cross selling.Makes sales calls and gathers related financial information.Contributes to loan decision processes based on evaluation of credit risk.Negotiates specific terms and communicates credit decisions.Leads all aspects of relationship management for an assigned portfolio.Delivers exceptional customer service.Acts as a trusted advisor providing creative products/solutions.Develops community relationships and participates in networking events.Employee/Team Accountabilities:Participates fully as a member of the team.Provides thought leadership and participates in knowledge transfer.Keeps current on emerging trends and grows knowledge of the business.Contributes to team development through mentorship.Physical Requirements:Domestic Travel – OccasionalPerforming sedentary work – ContinuousResponding quickly to sounds – OccasionalThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.Who We Are:
