Sharrock Pitman Legal is a boutique law practice in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, totally focussed on making a difference to the practice of law in terms of the skills, service and results we provide to clients for over 50 years.We have an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, wills and estates lawyer to join our wills and estates team.The RoleBased in Glen Waverley, this full-time position will work alongside our Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates. The work is interesting and involves a variety of matters:Estate Planning, including sophisticated estate planning for people in business and their unique needs such as planning for family trusts, companies and superannuation fundsProbate and administration of deceased estatesBusiness succession planningEstate disputes (testator's family maintenance) seeking or defending further provision from an estateOther estate disputes including contested testamentary capacity and removal of executorsSuperannuation claims and disputesComplex trust issues and disputesPowers of Attorney and guardianship/administration matters.You will be joining a high-performance team. In addition to our Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates, you will also work with Accredited Specialists in Property Law, Commercial Law and Workplace Relations Law.
