The successful candidate will work closely with our high net worth (HNW) clients, providing them with comprehensive advice on trusts and estates matters. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice to our high net worth clients on matters related to trusts and estates.
Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Navigate complex tax issues related to estate planning and administration.
Represent clients in probate and trust litigation matters.
Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for estate planning.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in trusts and estates law.
Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates Lawyer.
Admission to the Bar in the state of practice.
Proven experience working with high net worth clients.
A deep understanding of trusts, estates, and related tax matters.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards.
