The ideal candidate will be passionate about handling cases related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property matters.Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and experts to develop effective case strategies.Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required.Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Utah State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.Strong interest and passion for intellectual property law.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Utah State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Strong writing and drafting skills.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.Effective communication and advocacy skills.Time management and organizational skills.Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
