$16.00+/ hourAbout this opportunity:The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has a job opening for a Program Coordinator in the Franklin Square Boys and Girls Club under the Potomac Division.Qualified candidates will:Coordinate the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of specific program(s) for youth between the ages of 6 and 18, within a designated Club.Provide leadership and supervision to assigned program and volunteer staff and control expenses as assigned.Plan activities and facilitate programs for groups of youth in assigned specific program areas (STEM, STEAM, Art, Sports/Athletics, Aquatics, Education).Other duties include writing program reports, supervising youth, transporting youth in Club vehicles and maintaining a professional relationship with all Club members and their families.What are we looking for in you?Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Accounting, or Social Services AND two (2) years’ progressively responsible experience in the management, administration, and operation of a Boys and Girls Club, with at least one year in a leadership capacity

OR three (3) years’ experience working in a similar youth serving organization
