Engagement Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, client management, and procurement processes. As the owner of client implementation program management, the Engagement Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value from our software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, an ability to strategically guide clients through their journey, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. The Engagement Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Client Support teams to align our solutions with client needs, drive client satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Own client implementation program managementManage and coordinate client engagements from start to finishManage procurement processes and vendor relationshipsWork closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needsLead cross-functional teams in the execution of projectsDevelop and maintain project plans and timelinesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project executionProvide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risksEnsure high-quality deliverables are produced and delivered to clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and practicesProduct Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the company, communicating client feedback to internal teams to influence product development and improvementsIssue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client implementation related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutionConduct regular meetings with clients to review project status, gather feedback, and ensure that their needs are being metDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizationsFacilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teamsDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk assessmentsManage and mentor junior members of the engagement teamContinuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as neededDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management and client engagementPreferred Qualifications:8+ years of experience in program management and client managementExperience in procurement processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Project management toolsUnderstanding of software solutions and SaaS modelsStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in the Healthcare Technology industry is a plusWell is on a mission to redefine the healthcare experience.
