We are looking for world class analytics talent for Intuit’s Virtual Expert Platform as we develop AI-driven technology innovation to build platforms at scale that transform the lives of consumers, small businesses and accountants by connecting our customers to experts across all Intuit product lines.This role will be primarily responsible for shaping the way we measure and improve product experiences by leveraging analytics to help solve customer and expert problems. You will partner closely with product managers, engineering teams, data scientists, and customer success managers to size, develop, and test new features and functionality that deliver awesome experiences for both our customers and tax experts.Data is central to Intuit’s decision-making process, and analysts are a critical component to evangelize data-driven decision making as we look to transform Intuit’s Customer Success for the future.Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for developing new data sources, and provide technical leadership around making those data sources high-quality and broadly availableProvide teams with ad-hoc analysis (SQL), automated dashboards (Tableau), and self-service reporting tools to make access to data easy for decision makers across the organizationChampion data-driven decision-making in your team and throughout the company, including coaching and mentoring others on best practices, especially around data architecture and cleanlinessStrong data architecture and ETL mindset; High-level technical Tableau skills; partner closely with data engineers to connect disparate data sources together into viable analytics solutionsProvide insights to the leadership team around the impact of strategic initiatives, trends in key metrics, and help track progress towards goals – moving beyond operation analytics insights into strategic ways of measuring/defining new metrics for driving business forwardPartner with cross-functional teams including Product, Expert Network, Engineering, and Analytics to design and build analytics tools that constantly improve customer and expert experiencesEffectively communicate at all levels of the organization, respond effectively to unexpected obstacles and reallocate resources as necessaryOwn and prioritize the team’s backlog, and partner directly with business partners to effectively communicate prioritization and commitment to a co-owned and evolving product strategy8+ years of experience in generating and presenting insights from marketing/product/customer care data. Experience in content analysis, advanced analytics, measurement and optimizationGood understanding of data structures and pipelines. Experience with data instrumentation, interpretation and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qliksense, Amplitude)Exceptional SQL skills and experience working with granular web clickstream data and behavior tracking tools. Experience with unstructured data a plus.Fluency in data analysis, including defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics, experimental design and multivariate A/B testingOutstanding communication skills with the ability to interact with business leaders to make business recommendationsExperience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R) is a plus; comfortable creating re-usable data sets with high-quality dataPassionate about mentoring others and the advancement of the teamGenuine customer empathy to find solutions to improve the lives of our users
