Now Hiring for a

General Manager

to lead the charge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure a positive experience for our guests through excellent service that includes but is not limited to: speed/accuracy of service; accommodating guest needs and wants; consistency; cleanliness and value.

Build a team culture and mindset through a system of rewards, recognition, communication and community to deliver a great employment experience.

Ensure profitability through effective food and labor cost control measures.

Full P&L statement responsibility.

Create and coordinate employee schedules, time off requests and other labor needs.

Direct, plan, monitor and maintain inventory to ensure an adequate supply of product.

Partner with the home office to prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency. Ability to multi-task to meet competing deadlines.

Participate in all company required training. Travel required to the Mainland U.S.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the 85°C concept and culture.

Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

Minimum: 3 years of bakery/restaurant management experience in either a fast food or quick service setting.

Minimum 2 years of team leadership/team building experience.

Working proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Manager's ServSafe certificate.

Able to meet State of Hawaii TB test requirements.
