Amazon Prime aims to become Earth’s most engaging, satisfying, and loved paid membership program. In order to drive engagement with Prime members worldwide, while raising the bar on our customer experience, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager-Technical to join the WW Prime Member CX and Engagement team.

This role sits at the intersection of the quantitative and qualitative. The right candidate will be highly technical, adept at diving deep into large data sets using SQL and BI tools to understand our customers, and marrying that data with customer experience insights to deliver analyses that define new product spaces. At the same time, they will need to be fluent in UX design choices and strategies; they will be a key partner for our UX Design org, helping define and prioritize across major UX resets. They will work closely with a breadth of Prime teams globally, across UX design and research, product, marketing, BI, finance, engineering, and science functions to define and deliver a roadmap. In parallel, they will work closely with our engineering team to audit and inspect technology, understanding areas where we have opportunity to scale or shift our investments, then shaping and advocating for those investments.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degreeExperience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other toolsExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience working with UX designers to deliver customer-facing features

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building and driving adoption of new toolsExperience working with A/B experimentation setup and implementation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
