All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLEAssists the Category Team Lead to develop strategy for the entire Category Team spend and to define execution modalities after approval by Decision Committee.Ensures full documentation and traceability. Supports the Category Team Lead to include systematically into strategy definition end to end cost optimization in full interaction with Global Supply Chain.Contributes to deliver bottom line/top line results managing own spend/projects according to yearly/long term planning and upfront target.Helps Category Team Lead to document all his/her decision on suppliers. Gains and documents sustainably total value chain, industry and supply base insight/knowledge for selected spend.Conducts periodical risk assessment and designs and manages adequate countermeasures for selected spend.Defines and manages selected sustainable supplier portfolio. Selects suppliers; establishes strategic supplier relationship where appropriate and manages it accordingly.Supports full delegation of back-office jobs to Shared Service Center and develops best practices for e-sourcing with sustainable results.Ensures cross fertilization of knowledge and best practices sharing inside the Category Lead and across Decision Committee.Is responsible for periodical progress measurement, accuracy of information and data, in-time delivery, audit conform documentation.Proactively steers the agreement portfolio.YOUR SKILLSMBA degree with a minimum of three years related Purchasing experience or four-year college degree with six years of related experience.Strong knowledge of good purchasing practices, supply chain management and contract law as it applies to the procurement process.Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated flexibility in approach to negotiating based on the situation.Excels at stakeholder management and team collaboration with experience proactively engaging customers and suppliers to identify and define potential issues and opportunities; developing solutions that create value.Advanced analytical capabilities in Excel is required and SAP experience preferred.The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $145,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
