This person is enthusiastic around kids, is a magnet of entertainment, and is able to create and execute creative ideas to keep kids and counselors engaged. This person would run our After School programming for kids in 4th-8th grade, including curriculum and execution of activities. In addition to after school programming, this role includes involvement in a range of other fun family-friendly activities such as carnivals, game nights, and more! This role requires great communication, in addition to the ability to offer superb customer service and hospitality for parents.Minimum Requirements:Experience in working with kids in an after school program or camp is a must.Experience leading and managing other counselors.A history of being engaging with kids.
