Location: Annapolis, MarylandThe Vice President, STIM is a tactical visionary with the ability to simultaneously construct and execute both long-term goals and short-term objectives for their business segment. This leader is responsible for ensuring growth, cost-effective operations, and infrastructure are in place, advantageously positioning Randstad Operational Talent Solutions in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment. The Vice President serves as an agent for ongoing organizational change, while maintaining strategies that are clearly understood is a key component for this role to achieve financial viability at an optimum pace.What you get to do:Demonstrate transformational leadership to enhance motivation, morale, and performance of the Management Team by developing and fostering a culture reflective of the organization’s values that encourage cost-effective results and reward productivity.Hire, train, coach, and performance manage direct staff, ensuring they are appropriately equipped with the knowledge, training, and tools to effectively execute their jobs.Lead, engage, mentor, motivate, develop, and grow market teams in tandem with business, holding others accountable, having coaching conversations, conducting quarterly Great Conversations, and ensuring Individual Development Plans & MAP goals are in place.Guide teams in optimizing service delivery models for clients and produce measurable and cost-effective results that align directly with client’s business drivers.Accountable for teams’ career mobility, retention, and engagement.Develop “bench” and create succession plans and always look to hire a replacement.Lead by example in the areas of production, business continuity, and human forward model.Maintain, build, and grow client relationships, positioning Randstad Operational Talent Solutions as an industry leader. Manage relationships with current clients to identify future needs and provide thought leadership.Implement innovative strategies while collaborating with operations to drive peak performance at all times, and sustain high client satisfaction levels.Directly responsible for the continued growth of skilled trade; drive the sales effort with continual contact and face-to-face meetings with Sr. level executives.Build accurate annual budgets and plans based on market analysis and growth strategy according to markets & business concepts.Develop and effectively communicate quarterly sales strategy and tactical operations plans to drive profitable growth and retention of the current book of business.Remain up to date on industry trends, emerging job titles & industries.Partner with local geo leaders, leaders of specialization, and other LOB to grow wallet share, identify expansion opportunities, and create the next opportunity for talent in their employment journey.Create talent communities and engage with the active/passive candidate community.Oversee talent care program to ensure satisfaction post-placement.Facilitate the transition from the candidate to the client.Create operating plans supporting strategic direction and correlating with annual budgets driving profitable growth and retention of the current book of business. Track, monitor, analyze, and communicate overall progress to those targets – weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.Develop innovative initiatives in conjunction with Sr. Leadership enhancing internal efficiency and effectiveness while concurrently executing against annual growth targets. Deploy, direct, and allocate the resources and talents of the team as needed.Ensure appropriate business controls are in place to satisfy audit requirements and to protect customers and company assets.Ensure profitability and health of the market via key wellness indicators, financial, and operations reporting, compliance, pricing, etc.What you need to bring:High School or GED.10 years of industry experience.5 years of people management and demonstrated success in driving business results.3 years of demonstrated success in selling large accounts, staffing experience highly preferred.Proficient using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.Charismatic leader able to effectively motivate and influence constituents and colleagues.Strategic thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset are a must.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate the ability to identify customers and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations.Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.Must be comfortable presenting to and influencing Sr. level management.Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate to all levels.Strong leadership, decision-making, and motivational skills required to grow and develop business and people in tandem.Must be self-motivated and driven by the need to be successful.Ability to generate new business in order to execute sales targets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.Manager Level.This job posting is open for 4 weeks.Pay Rate: $200,232.00 - $126,814.00 Annually.Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
