For more information, please visit adbl.co/hybrid.Minimum Requirements:4+ years of professional software development experience3+ years of programming experience with one or more modern language (e.g., Java, C++, C#), including object-oriented design2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new systemsHistory of assuming responsibility for a team’s architecture and providing a system-wide view to stakeholdersProficient in a broad range of data structures and algorithms, knowing when it is (and isn’t) appropriate to use themStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous situations independentlyAble to make improvements to the team’s development and testing processesExperience taking a lead role delivering complex software systems to internal or external customersCompetency at delegating work in parallel to accelerate deliveryExperience promoting and instilling in others a high-quality standard in others across: documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation, continuous integration and deploymentExperience with AWS or similar cloud-based infrastructure and/or developer toolsExperience with distributed systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective messaging with both technical and non-technical audiencesAble to mentor teammates on team software, team culture, and customer obsessionExperience building and delivering software systems to internal or external customersExperience writing clear, maintainable and extensible codeAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
