In April 2021, Itzy Ritzy received a strategic investment from TZP Group, a New York-based growth capital fund known for partnering with entrepreneurs to build successful companies.Ideal Candidate:We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead our acquisition, retention, and ecommerce efforts. This role will be responsible for driving new customer growth, optimizing customer retention strategies, improving the users’ site experience, and maximizing ecommerce performance. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative marketing leader with a deep understanding of both growth and CRM marketing strategies. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, with a strong dotted line to the co-founder and CEO.Key Responsibilities:Acquisition Marketing:Oversee all paid marketing efforts to acquire high-quality new customers through channels including Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Affiliates, and other performance channels.Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimize the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ensure a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets and make media mix decisions to optimize for the strongest LTV to CAC ratio.Utilize a variety of testing methodologies to measure and improve the incrementality of each marketing channel.Manage multiple external agencies to support acquisition marketing.Retention Marketing:Lead retention marketing to nurture and retain customers, increasing their lifetime value (LTV) and advocacy for the brand.Develop and execute multi-channel retention strategies, including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, In-box marketing collateral, and Loyalty Programs.Turn transactional data into meaningful customer cohorts to drive insights and inform new marketing programs.Ecommerce Optimization:Own all customer acquisition for ecommerce, managing acquisition budgets and KPIs with a focus on maximizing conversion rate and customer experience.Broad understanding of the Shopify ecosystemCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute landing pages for acquisition efforts.Define growth and performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for these KPIs.Partner with external CRO agency to drive improvements in CVR.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the CEO and other cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, and Product.Communicate performance metrics to the leadership team and stakeholders to promote a shared understanding of marketing strategies and ROI.Qualifications:8-10+ years of experience in Growth & Retention Marketing at fast-growing consumer brands where DTC was a meaningful percentage of total revenueProven ability to optimize profit-focused KPIs.Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting budgets and sales at the channel level.Highly creative with the ability to use data and insights to drive business decisions.Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and executing across multiple channels.Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing performance to executive teams.Passionate about Itzy Ritzy’s mission and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.Experience at a private equity or venture capital owned company is a plusWhy Join Us:Be part of a mission-driven company that is redefining industry standards.Collaborate with a passionate and innovative team.Enjoy a dynamic and flexible work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.If interested, please email a resume to james.parchem@itzyritzy.com
