About the Role:

We are seeking a Head of Revenue to own topline growth for the company, reporting directly to the CEO. The Head of Revenue will drive the company's global ecommerce, subscription and wholesale sales efforts as well as identify and exploit new revenue-driving opportunities. The right candidate will be an analytical, experienced P&L owner who knows how to pull various levers to deliver predictable, sustainable results. As a key member of the executive team, this role will partner cross functionally with product and marketing to ensure we can effectively maximize the market opportunity.

What you'll be doing:Drive overall GTM product sales strategy for Nanit, build channel plans that optimize revenue, profitability and LTV over timeOversee Nanit's global wholesale sales, ecommerce and demand planning teams, ensuring that forecasting is accurate and the team can deliver on a high growth budget.Oversee the subscription business, partnering with Product to drive adoption and retention of the programs. Directly own pricing, promotions and offering to deliver on revenue targets.Maintain healthy ROI by distribution channel, owning negotiations with key retailers to deliver profitable outcomesBuild and execute on Nanit's global expansion efforts, ensuring we have a strategy to grow market share in key countriesWork with Finance and key stakeholders to set revenue targets and ensure alignment with business KPIsAnalyze and understand market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviors to unlock new revenue opportunities in each channelBuild strong relationships with wholesalers, ensuring Nanit is well represented in channelOwn the end to end e-commerce strategy so it becomes a differentiated distribution channel, which includes driving the website roadmap to improve conversion over timeBuild and execute on a promotional cadence that optimizes revenue and margins, balancing the unique channel requirementsPartner with marketing team to optimize spend and campaign performance that drive a healthy LTV:CAC ratio, customer acquisition and other strategic considerationsPartner with product team to ensure the new product pipeline is in line with customer and wholesaler demandPartner with the supply chain team to deliver seamless execution for both ecommerce and wholesale operations. Find opportunities to improve the e commerce experience and marginsWork with the leadership team to identify and nurture new revenue opportunities, including B2B partnershipsWho You Are:

12+ years of experience in retail/e-commerce, startup experience is a plus, as is prior experience in the baby/parenting categoryRobust P&L management experience, experience scaling a business from $100M+ in revenueSelf starter with a strong desire to grow yourself and your team. This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week and occasional travel will be required.

Salary Range: $240,000 to $275,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
