Yotpo has built a robust ecosystem of strategic partnerships with leading global systems integrators, full service digital marketing & retail agencies, who recommend, implement & optimize Yotpo's suite of products on their client's eCommerce experience. This is a critical segment of Yotpo's expanding Partner Program, and one of the company's fastest growing revenue channels.

To further accelerate Yotpo's explosive growth in the Shopify ecosystem, we're hiring a Partner Manager (MS). In this highly visible role, you will initiate, build & own relationships with our top full service digital marketing & retail agencies, with the goal of driving new product sales referrals, pipeline growth, closed revenue and expanding new client reach within the existing and growing network of Shopify partners, ensuring the highest level of success with our Yotpo's brands.

Working collaboratively with internal teams is critical to success. On a daily basis, you will proactively support complex sales-cycles with our most strategic accounts while providing our agency partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training. Because of this, first-class relationship building and sales skills are a must, while bringing your own network of connections is ideal.

You:

Have experience in channel partnerships, sales or business development in an eCommerce agency, product or platform companyHave a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with a passion for understanding of how software products can help solve complex business problemsAre a fearless networker who enjoys operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environmentEnjoy rolling up your sleeves to help position the most innovative solutions to solve eCommerce challengesIdeally you'd bring:

3+ years of channel sales or agency sales experience in client-facing role with a proven track record of hitting revenue targetsPrior experience with a Shopify/Klaviyo agency or an ESP/SMS/Reviews/Loyalty/Subscription SaaS companyBusiness acumen - you know how businesses work, knowledgeable in current/future practices, trends, technology, etc.Strategic agility- you see ahead, anticipate relationship and decision-making dynamics, naturally adapt to situations etcFirst class presentation, communication and listening skillsNatural collaborator and team player: you find common ground/solve problems for the good of allHighly collaborative and excels in a complex, matrixed environmentTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDegree or relevant work experience requiredYotpo:
