Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile development teams is mandatory.

Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.

Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is mandatory.

Duties:

Analysis of Business Requirements, Use Cases, Design Flowcharts, and Software Requirements Specifications.

Creation of Test Data Requirements and Test Condition Matrix.

Setting Up Test Environment.

Software Test execution.

Defect Management.
