You Are:

UST is looking for a Senior Software Testing Architect who will leverage specialist testing knowledge to define and implement testing best practices and environment strategy for an enterprise.

The Opportunity:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Lead the implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the test automation team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Customize and extend Tricentis Tosca functionalities to meet specific project requirements and enhance test automation capabilities.

Integrate Tricentis Tosca with tools (Qtest for Test Management, ADO for Features/User stories) and systems within the software development lifecycle, such as CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking systems.

Analyze test results and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in test coverage and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tricentis Tosca implementation and test automation processes.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 15 + years’ experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

12+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tricentis Tosca.

Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation, such as Selenium, Java, C#, or Python.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile development teams is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.

Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is mandatory.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

$94,000-$140,000

Benefits:

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
