At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOThis role requires traveling with the assigned tour.Serve as the primary liaison between project manager, vendors, and local staff for successful execution of events.Create day of event plan for customers.Advance logistical details, including hiring and training local staff and security for each event.Set up the check in location and dedicated entrance, including greeting and signing guests in.Coordinating and advancing pre-show reception location, menu, and staffing.Responsible for set up and break down of hospitality room.Manage inventory, tracking and distribution of all merchandise items.Complete financial recaps including collecting receipts and money.May be responsible for shopping for supplies, décor items and organizing items for setup and breakdown for each event.Maintain positive relationships and open communication with tour management, security and all relevant staff.Overall hosting of all VIP activities from start to finish.May assist with other projects as needed.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGPrior Event Production and/or Music Touring experience.Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Korean preferred).Possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.Ability to make clear concise decisions, often with limited information.Thick-skinned and able to work in a demanding environment and through difficult situations.Able to work flexible and long hours, including late nights and weekends.Impeccable attention to detail.Quick-thinking and an adept problem-solving skill.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong written and oral communication skills.The ability to independently manage your time, prioritize tasks to meet directed deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful.Display initiative, accountability, and work independently, when necessary, while also working as a constant team player who is collaborative, positive, and flexible.Comfortable with continuous weeks of travel on a bus or airplane with multiple touring staff.Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50lbs.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
