team based in Somerset, New Jersey.Role OverviewThe Head of Culture & Belonging is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a vibrant organizational culture & DE&I practices that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals. This role will ensure that the culture supports innovation, fosters a positive work environment, and enhances employee engagement and retention. The Head of Culture & Belonging will work closely with leadership and employees at all levels to embed cultural values and practices throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCultural Transformation and Cultivation:Design and execute strategies to drive culture transformation.Align cultural initiatives with business objectives and organizational values.Leadership and Guidance:Serve as a culture champion and advisor to senior leadership on cultural issues and initiatives.Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment across all levels of the organization.Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Culture Metrics and Reporting:Track and measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics.Report on culture-related KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Branding:Lead & drive company EVP and employer branding programs with positive impact.DE&I program & initiatives:Develop and oversee programs that promote cultural integration, diversity, equity, and inclusion with positive impact.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
