Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the IT senior leadership team, the Director of Enterprise Applications oversees the Enterprise Application Manager, Data Engineers, EDI, Integration, and System Analysts responsible for supporting and improving Charlie's applications footprint to expedite ongoing digital transformation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support personnel in the areas of SQL Data Warehouse, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NCR Power Enterprise ERP/Power Warehouse WMS, and related enterprise business systems.Help lead systems modernization including overall responsibility for planning, architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of new implementations, enhancements, and upgrades of software applications.Define processes that enable timely solutions to business-related technical issues and requests.Work with senior business and IT leadership to define larger organizational goals and projects in support of the annual strategic plan.Maintain a deep understanding of business processes and underlying technical architecture.Grow and maintain a high performing team (FT and vendor) whose technical skills and level of service exceed business needs.Identify, define and execute technology projects to improve business efficiency.Work with internal stakeholders and external parties to scope, size, and execute business imperatives.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, influencing them to take positive action and accountability.Implement and maintain continuous improvement within the organization, including standards and best practices.Manage vendors and negotiate contracts.Contribute to budget and roadmap planning.QualificationsDesired Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required.10+ years experience leading development and project teams.5+ years experience in a senior IT leadership role (director, principal, etc.).5+ years leading ERP implementation.Enterprise architecture knowledge.Deep understanding of computer systems (hardware, software, networks).This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary.
