We are seeking a Senior
Product Manager
to transform our Leasing, Transaction Management, and Lease Administration products. Our product suite enables the work of multiple business teams and is a fundamental component of our Real Estate and Asset Management platform.
The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the technology strategy, in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple business lines. You will also have the opportunity to build a customer-focused team focused on adoption and continuous transformation of the product suite.
What you'll be doingProduct ManagementDefine the platform visions and roadmapMaintain expert knowledge of CRE and PropTech products, services, and industry trendsDevelop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of the leasing, transaction management, and lease administration businessesManage an ecosystem of applications to solve our business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the productEngage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process that equitably handles competing priorities across business teamsDefine and manage OKRs that build confidence in the product and ensure the product meets the needs and goals of the business
Stakeholder Management
Engage with business leaders as their trusted advisorDevelop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of the productBuild user communities that provide a continuous feedback loop driving the product forwardMaintain collaborative relationships with the Technology and Data teamsMaintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service
Project Delivery
Oversee the development of business cases, user requirements, and project chartersCreate and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projectsCreate and manage processes for testing, release management, and change controlManage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
Technology Operations
Manage application infrastructure services from internal and external providersManage integrations with internal and external products and platformsDevelop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectationsSkills we're seeking
7+ years of experience with IT Product ManagementStrong experience with leasing or other similar real estate technologyExperience developing and managing complex technology roadmaps, with multiple applications, vendors, and integrations
