What you'll be doingProduct Management
Define the marketing technology vision and roadmapMaintain expert knowledge of Marketing TechnologyDevelop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of the marketing team, their business processes, and business roadmapManage an ecosystem of applications to solve our business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the platformEngage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process that equitably handles competing priorities across business teamsStakeholder Management
Engage with business leaders as their trusted advisorDevelop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of the platformBuild user communities that provide a continuous feedback loop driving the platform forwardMaintain collaborative relationships with the Link Technology and Data teamsMaintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for LinkProject Delivery
Oversee the development of business cases, user requirements, and project chartersCreate and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projectsCreate and manage processes for testing, release management, and change controlManage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT managementTechnology Operations
Manage application infrastructure services from internal and external providersManage integrations with Link and external products and platformsDevelop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations
Skills we're seeking
7+ years of experience with Product Management3+ recent years of experience managing marketing-related technology products
