Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Asset Management Technology Leader to transform and operate our Asset Management technology platform. The platform includes oversight of technology in the following areas: Real Estate Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, Lease Admin, Construction & Procurement, and Customer Experience. This includes custom developed internal and external facing products, Software as a Service applications, and data stewardship that enable the work of multiple business teams and is a fundamental component of the strategy, support and operation of our $80B Real Estate platform infrastructure.

The leader will define and drive the technology strategy, in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple Real Estate oriented business lines. The leader will also build a customer-focused team emphasizing technology adoption, product management, process optimization, and continuous transformation of the platform in partnership with business leaders and strategy.

This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer. As a key member of the Link Technology Leadership team, the Asset Management Technology Leader will partner with our Enterprise Architecture, Data and Analytics, and Technology Product teams to create and operate an industry-leading Real Estate Technology ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIESPlatform Management

Define the platform, product, application, and process vision and roadmap

Maintain expert knowledge of real estate asset management, PropTech, and enterprise real estate enabling products, services, and industry trends

Develop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of the Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management, Construction, Procurement, Lease Admin and Customer Experience functions within Link

Manage an ecosystem of applications to solve our business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the platform

Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process that equitably handles competing priorities across business teams

Define and manage OKRs and KPI’s that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the business

Partner with the business to define the strategy and set the roadmap of investment in support of technology and asset management systems and capabilities

Create strong relationships with business stakeholders to partner on evolving and enhancing the platform over time

Stakeholder Management

Engage with business leaders as their trusted advisor

Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners

Engage user communities in a continuous feedback loop that optimizes the end user experience

Maintain collaborative relationships with the Link Technology teams

Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors and challenge them to deliver world-class service for Link

Project Delivery

Oversee the development of business cases, user requirements, and project charters

Create and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projects

Create and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control

Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and technology management

Technology Operations

Manage application service delivery from internal and external providers

Manage integrations with Link and external products and platforms

Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

Background in real estate technology asset management, property management, customer experience leadership consulting and technology management

Expertise in digital platform or product management with business-critical applications

Experience leading digital strategy and roadmap development processes

Leadership and team management skills

Project management or software development expertise including multiple delivery methodologies

Experience with business process re-engineering and process optimization

Ability to concisely articulate problems and analyze solution alternatives

Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills

Knowledge of real estate industry and CRE technology

Technical experience supporting, using, maintaining real estate technology products and services

Minimum Experience

15+ years of Real Estate Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management and Customer Facing product management experience.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject (computer science or engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential. M.B.A. or management degree strongly desirable.

15+ years of experience building product teams; ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels.

Significant B2B enterprise solutions experience

Strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy.

Real estate industry technology experience.
