The AGMTRCS shall be responsible for compliance with the Authority’s System Safety Plan (SSP) and FRA Part 270 and all other FRA, CPUC safety-related requirements.Participate and follow up on corrective actions for safety audits, participate in safety committees, Emergency Response Drills, reporting, acting on unsafe/hazardous conditions, or accident and incident reporting.
Regarding training:
Design, develop and implement a comprehensive training, testing, qualification, certification, and monitor programs that comply with the federal requirements particularly 49 CFR Part 243, as well as Contractor’s Authority approved training requirements.
Cross collaboration with different teams/functions in particular the Operations, Equipment, as well as suppliers, and vendors in developing annual training scope, schedules and budget(s) and then conducting training for the Contractors employees.Collaborate with IT to ensure employees have the most correct and current rules and requirements, as well as ensure a digital and easily tracked business environment with the Authority.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
