Job Category: Product ManagementLocation: US - Massachusetts - Remote | US - Massachusetts - WalthamWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director of Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence to manage our relationships with industry analysts, organize our participation in evaluations, and shape analysts’ opinions of the market. This individual will also evaluate the overall market and provide intelligence and analysis to our leadership and GTM teams.Picture Yourself at Pega:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega’s key markets, including intelligent automation (BPM, RPA, low-code, BOAT, etc.), CRM (customer service), and AI decisioning. They are a curious student of technology, with a solid understanding of the latest trends including large language models and artificial intelligence. Familiarity with the customer service or marketing software spaces is a plus.What You'll Do at Pega:

Manage Analyst Relationships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts to ensure Pegasystems is well-represented in their research and evaluations.Organize Evaluations:

Coordinate and manage Pegasystems’ participation in analyst evaluations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Shape Market Opinions:

Influence analysts’ perceptions of Pegasystems and the broader market through strategic communications and engagements.Market Intelligence:

Conduct thorough market analysis and provide actionable insights and intelligence to our leadership and sales teams.Trend Analysis:

Stay abreast of the latest trends in intelligent automation, large language models, and artificial intelligence, and assess their impact on Pegasystems.Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead a small direct team and collaborate with product marketing and product engineering teams to complete evaluations and work with analysts.Who You Are:

You are a curious technologist and an engaged problem solver. You are also an empathic communicator. You have demonstrated the ability to communicate the value of sophisticated technology in a way that educates and engages the audience.What You've Accomplished:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, analyst relations, market intelligence, or a related field. Previous experience as an analyst, or product manager, is highly desirable.Expertise:

Deep understanding of intelligent automation and low-code technology, large language models, and artificial intelligence.Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with CRM customer service or marketing software spaces is a plus.Skills:

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Strong ability to leverage GenAI to accelerate the creation of content. Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Apply Now
