Picture Yourself at Pega:We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be part of a team that is working directly with our Chief Product Officer on the Pega Blueprint SaaS offering. This is a high visibility individual contributor (IC) role that demands a strong technical background, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up-like environment within the walls of a much larger company.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Act as a key team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application.
Frequently deploy changes to production to ensure the product is up to date.
Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service.
Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback, solving complex problems and speedbumps in the product's lifecycle.
Who You Are:
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Hands-on experience working with Pega Infinity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems.
Local to Waltham and able to commute into the office anywhere from 3-4 times a week.
What You've Accomplished:Bonus Qualifications:
Pega Certified System Architect or Senior System Architect is a plus.
Experience working with Large Language Models.
Proactive attitude and mindset.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
